Scheduling Timeline

February 10-Scheduling Begins with class assemblies

February 11-Parent Meeting for incoming 9th graders from 6:00-7:00

**February 18-Advisement appointments for incoming 9th graders from 4:00-7:00

**February 20-Advisement appointments for incoming 9th graders from 9:00-12:00
March 10-Scheduling window closes with a CAP group—computer and paper registration must be complete and turned in.

**If you are the parent of a 9th grader, please call 852-7100 and ask for Guidance to make an advisement appointment or click here (kristi.roe@daviess.kyschools.us ) to e-mail Kristi Roe to make the appointment.

If you e-mail, your e-mail should look something like this:  My daughter is Jane Smith, an 8th grader at CVMS and we would like to come in on 2/18 at 5:30.  You will receive a response back confirming your appointment.
