Mr. Phelan

Why did Mr. Phelan decide to become a teacher? He says that it’s the fabulous paycheck! Mr. Phelan has been teaching at Apollo for about 8 years. The things that Mr. Phelan enjoys doing is playing music, hunting, and triathlon training.
