Mr. Yeiser's Pre-Engineering
Class was given an assignment to design and construct
a device that would open a coke can and pour at least
5 ounces into a cup. Some items that needed to be
in the design were a servo, powered by a 9-volt battery,
a candle, and the product had to have at least 14
energy transfers.
Now that the assignment is complete the students
look back on how much fun it was to design and construct
the product. Mr. Yeiser said "We had excitement
and disappointment, but most of all a sticky floor."
