Lunch time for most is a time to consume the random foods in the commons area. But for several students in our school, it has turned into something more.

Maybe you did not notice, but these students all wore matching shirts one day declaring that they were all in a so-called "Fat Club."

Getting into this "fat club" is not easy. The task that is required to be in the club is that you must eat three entire school lunches in one lunch period.
Sounds hard? Not for these guys.

Evan Miller, Nick Headly, Shelly Roberts, Candice Clark, Emily Harpe, Natalie Allen (all seniors), Katie Cecil, Emilee Duvall, and Lindsey Hamilton (all juniors) are all members of the "Fat Club."

They all did the duty of eating three lunches and can now proudly say they are part of the fat club.

Evan Miller, a senior, is the founder, and the "fat" president of this club.

He was also the maker of the "Fat Club" t-shirts that these members proudly wear.

The fat club seems to be an exclusive club that only an elite group of people can join, but you could always try.

You can even start your own fat club at your own lunch table.
