Who is CSI
by: Andrew S. Roberts Associate Opinions Editor
CSI is Christian Student Involvement. It
has been an organization here at Apollo for the last fifteen
years. Mr. Keith Johnson, the Junior Counselor, is in
charge of CSI. He has decided to explain a little about
what exactly CSI does.
CSI meets twice in the mornings every week,
Wednesdays in room 206, and Fridays in room 303. CSI is
a student run club, and they are currently in the process
of reading “Purpose Driven Life”. Every morning
they read a chapter and then discuss it’s meaning.
There are forty chapters in this book, so students will
have many opportunities if they wish to join.
CSI is welcome to any student who would
like to come and join. There is no formal membership,
so you may come and go as you please. If you would like
to come once, that’s fine; if you would like to
come every time, that’s great too. CSI is a great
way to get your morning started, with good spiritual encouragement.
So feel free to stop by.
