Athletes of the Issue

With over 350 athletes in sports at Apollo, two are chosen as "standouts among the crowd".

Ashlee Brown has been a member of the apollo track team since she was in the 8th grade. She currently was a double winner at the city-county track meet. She won the 400 meter dash, and she also was a member of the 4x200 relay team.

Jake Wells has been a member of the varsity baseball team for 3 years. He is considered one of the best shortstops in Western Kentucky and he is only a sophmore. He recently hit is first ever high school home run.
