friendly competition between the favored 3-D
Design class (art department) and the underdog,
Pre-Engineering class
(Technology Department) was held Friday afternoon.
The goal was to design and build an apratius that
will send a softball a greater distance. Mr. Yeisers
Pre-Engeneering class took away top honors. The average
throw for the winning team was 81 feet. While 61 feet
was the average for Mr. Phelps class. This educational
competition was quite the talk among the two classes.
The phrase "wait til next year" could be
heard all afternoon. The best score came from the
team of Logan Settle, Wesley Girten, and Rod Dillard
with and average toss of 121 feet. |
