New Finals Schedule For '04-'05
By: Cesley Hamilton
Assoc. News Editor

As most students at Apollo have heard, the schedule for finals has changed from what it has been in previous years.

Previously, there were two days of finals. Students would have their regular period to take the final and would go to their classes on the regular schedule. If you didn’t take finals, you could either not come to school or go into the auditorium.

With the new schedule, students will only take two finals a day. On Tuesday the fourteenth, students will spend their first two periods in their first period White day class. They will review for however long the teacher wishes to, then take the test. Then after lunch the students will go to their second period White day class and remain there for the rest of the day.

On Wednesday the fifteenth, students will report to first period blue day, not third period white day, and take the final. They’ll review, as was said before, and then take the test for that class. Then they’ll report to their second period blue day class and remain there until after lunch.

On Thursday the sixteenth, students will report to third period white day and take that teacher’s final. Students will remain in that class until lunch and then report to their fourth period white day class. They will remain in that class untl the end of the day.
On Friday the seventeenth, students will report to their third period blue day class. They will remain in that class until lunch and then report to their fourth period blue day class. Students will remain there until the end of the day, and then it’s off for two weeks for Christmas vacation.

The Challenger staff woud like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Remember, school starts back on January third. Have fun, be safe, and don’t eat too much.
