Hardesty commits to Panthers

Before a group of family and friends Wednesday, November 10th, Natalie Hardesty signed a letter of intent to play for the Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers volleyball team. Natalie will join the team for the 2005 season.

Hardesty was an exceptional outside hitter for the E-gal squad. She set the new school record with 22 kills in a match. She was named to the All-District and All-Region tournament teams.

KWC’s coach, Melissa Hay was the E-gals coach at UK camp, and Natalie is comfortable playing under her instruction. The campus is also small and homelike enough for her taste.

Natalie looks forward to playing with former AHS teammates Beth White and Krystal May.
“Being a part of Apollo’s team and being coached by Robyn Hetman has prepared me for playing ball at the next level. I look forward to being there everyday with other girls who have decided to take volleyball seriously and pursue it at the collegiate level,” Natalie says.
