Apollo’s sports this fall have soared over the competition. Volleyball took care of the third region and made it to the state tourney for the first time in the history of their sport at Apollo.

The Volleyball team proved they could compete with the likes of catholic. The Apollo’s Boy soccer team also played very well this season but fell short in district.
They proved they could compete with any team in our region though and they just lost by a goal.

In Golf the boys golf team plugged into the state tournament after winning the region. The girls Golf team had to individuals make it to state Gabrielle Murphy and Britney Turner.

Apollo’s varsity football team became a force to be recon with this season by beating north harden and central harden.

The guy’s only lost two games this season one against Henderson Co and one against Christian Co.

This year was a rebuilding year for the soccer E-gals and they had a hard way to go but they still made it an exciting season by almost beating Catholic High school in the first round in district play.

In In Cross Country Apollo’s Mitchell Sharber and Chris Stodghill went to compete in state for the guy’s. Beth Ewing and Christiny Stoghill went to compete in state for the girls.
Over all Apollo’s fall sports did great and Apollo hopes everyone will come out and support all the winter sports the same way the supported the fall.
