My car's better than Dennae's!
by: Emma Hunt

You have probably heard about my car. The green paint glows through out the school parking lot and my shag carpet is just a hit with everyone. If Elton John said anything about my car, he would have said that it has spunk. He would turn his head away from Dennae’s. He wouldn’t want to be too harsh. Dennae, you’re just mad because unlike your car, my car cost cheaper and actually runs on a daily basis, all my car doors open, and I have a defrost system. (Dennea has just informed me that either she doesn’t have one or she just cannot find it.)

Well Dennae, I have some few reminders for you:
1. My car now has 13" spinners! (Thanks, K-Mart!)
2. Pink stripes, duh!
3. I just got a new CD player in there and it even has a remote!
4. My car only cost me $300, while yours cost 100 more and it doesn’t even work.
5. Finally, I’ve has several people come up to me and ask to buy my car from me. (Ha-ha)
Yes, my car does stall sometimes, one of my windows does not go down, and it isn’t a domestic car. Imports are fine though. Their cheaper on gas and they last along time. An 86' Honda Accord DX is nothing to be ashamed of.

Dennae, I love you, I really do, but your car is so freaking’ scary that when I even hear the name I think something morbid and then I just want to write sad poetry. “Shadow” is so glum. I prefer to call mine Luigi, but if you ask the people at The Plaza then you would prefer to call it the “Booger Mobile”. (Thanks Travis F.)

My car is not yet even at its peak though. I’ve not yet finished my stripes, I need to re-do the back seat more and maybe some inside painting. It will be awhile though.
If I could say anything to Dennae, I would inform her that for 200 dollars I could totally make her ride fly! It could be a group project, Dennae. Don’t worry though, Dennae, Just hit me up on the cell if you need a ride, Dennae. (Ha-ha, your name reminds me of a refreshing October day)
