This is the first time that the Apollo E-Gals softball team has ever gone to Florida as a team to play games during spring break. The 13 team mates of the Varsity squad along with their families and coaches had a blast even though Fort Walton Beach experienced record rainfall of 12 inches.  Several games were rained out, but when the sun was shining the e-gals had games in the morning and then enjoyed the beach in the afternoon.
