Phone support is now available after school hours at 316-6644:
Monday - Friday 5:00pm to 10:00pm
Saturday & Sunday 1:00pm to 10:00pm
The phone is equipped with voice mail, so if we're helping someone else they will be able to leave a message. Since it's possible we may get voicemail messages late in the evening, we will need to know how late we can call you back.
In the event we don't reach you the same evening your issue will be forwarded to your school technician.
When you place a call, please have the following info available: Your Name, the Asset Tag Number on your computer and the Brand of your computer.
Support is only available for hardware issues, internet connections and software installed by the district on eLearning computers.
