Every month our club meeting is held at the Farm Bureau Building in Calhoun. The meetings are held on the third Monday of the month, unless otherwise stated in the newsletter, at 6:30 p.m., usually ending around 8. These meetings are very informational and fun. You can find out about all of the events happening around the area at the meetings. Two of the most recent events were The High Points Awards and our Service Project. Over the year, members collect points for various activities such as riding time, horse maintenance, horse shows, club meetings, and attending other horse related events. At the end of the year members are awarded for their hard work with awards. Every December, the horse club sends christmas cards to the nursing home in Calhoun. This year they delivered the cards to the nursing home with a service pony. The Horse Club holds many events at Myer Creek Park in Calhoun, KY.
