BOYS & GIRLS GRADES 4-5

"Eagles" Instructional/Competition Basketball League is open to all 4th and 5th grade boys and girls in west Daviess County.

The league will focus on basketball fundamentals. There will be two practices a week.

Players will be introduced to team concepts in this instructional!

Competitive format

Boys' and girls' games will be played on Saturdays at Apollo High School.

Registration for the Eagles Basketball League is open to students attendingwest side elementary schools (Audubon, Burns, Sorgho, 'Tamarack, Utica and West Louisville).

Sign-ups are scheduled at the Apollo gym on these dates:

  • Saturday, September 17 from 9-11 a.m.
  • Sunday, September 18 from 1-3 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 20 from 5-7 p.m.

Practice and game schedules are tentative at this time. Practice will probably begin around the first week of November and take place each Monday and Thursday. Games will probably begin Nov. 19 and continue each Saturday through Jan. 14 (except Dec. 24). League Tournament will begin Jan. 21.

Sign-up Fee is $35 per player Payment due upon registration
