Line Art from Photographs

This assignment is for the purpose of getting students use to working with Illustrator to create "line art" drawings. Each student had their picture taken, they then cropped and resized it in PhotoShop. In Illustrator, they used the Pen and Pencil tool to trace the edges of the photo to represent the image. This process is the first of step in creating original images for publication.
