• May 17, 2005

You should expect your child to bring home a report card on or near the above dates.

Open House : August 26, 2004 from 6:15-8:30

Parent/Teacher conferences : October 21, 2004 4-7. Additional conferences days will be scheduled in November, January, and March for 9 th grade parents.

9 th grade student council elections : will begin on August 30 th with class officer elections. Student council class representative's elections will begin on September 7 th .

Your child's e-mail address is the first 3 characters of last name, first 3 characters of first name, followed by the last 2 digits of their social security number @student.daviess.k12.ky.us E-mail accounts can be accessed through the Apollo home page under student e-mail.

Teacher e-mail -You can e-mail your child's teachers with questions and concerns. Each teacher can be e-mailed by using the first letter of their first name followed by their last name @daviess.k12.ky.us Teachers can also be accessed through the Apollo home page.

You are encouraged to join the e-mail list serve for Apollo High School . Visit the Apollo home page at ahs.dcps.org and click on "Quick Links" found on the left side. Click on "Parents Links" and enter your e-mail address. You will receive weekly e-mails from Apollo with detailed activities listed.

Other important information:

• School starts at 8:15 and ends at 3:15
• Student drop-off areas in the morning are the Gemini Drive side entrance or the gym area
• When students arrive in the morning they should report to the commons area or dome area. Students are allowed in the classroom areas at 7:50.
