Writing for Publication assignment – Graphic Arts 2007
Choose ONE of these to develop as your piece

1. Write an article for PCMagazine that explains a procedure. You choose the procedure and the subject. Example, use of Photoshop for cleaning-up a photograph. In your article be specific with procedures, if applicable insert images as examples and show the before and after images.
   
2. Write an editorial (an opinion piece) for The Challenger or The Messenger Inquirer about the way a specific technology is used in the classroom, the workforce, or the home. (Analyze the technology you are writing about.  Be specific about how you do or do not support its use or how you would change its use).

   Examples of Articles:

   Golden Age of the Internet

   Unreal Life? Get a Life

   The Perfect PC 2007

   Examples of editorials:

   Freedom is fought for, not found

   The in’s and out’s of doubts

   It’s what I am. Right or wrong, I can’t change that
